To ensure fairness for all clients and allow adequate scheduling, the following cancellation policies apply.

Private Mat Classes

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the session are eligible for a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.

Online Training

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made between 24 and 12 hours before the session are eligible for a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session are non-refundable.

Group Classes

Group reformer classes are hosted by external studios. Refund and cancellation policies are determined by the respective studio.
Clients should consult the studio directly for their specific policies. I am not responsible for studio refund decisions.
