online training classes
Online sessions are fully tailored to your body, goals, fitness level, and experience in Pilates. These are mat-based classes conducted via Zoom, allowing you to practice from your own space while receiving personalised guidance throughout.
Sessions are 50 minutes. After booking, you will be asked to complete a brief intake form to provide the necessary information for your programme. An optional 30-minute call is also available for those who would like to discuss their goals in more detail.
If you have any equipment or props available, you are welcome to let me know in advance so they can be thoughtfully integrated into your session.
